"I have been a CPAP user since December, 1999. Unfortunately, I have very sensitive skin. At that time, I was able to try all the different masks that the vendor had available, including nasal pillows. That left me sore to the touch, and nearly bleeding.
"It was discouraging. I was so sore, I didn't think I was going to succeed. I ended up with the smallest mask I could find, with this I needed to apply layers of hypoallergenic tape across the nose, and a strip between my nostrils, to make it work. I did this every night, till I found the Circadiance Web Site.

"I'm so glad I found the Circadiance soft mask. I tried to use the hard plastic mask for 4 months and hated it because it really hurt my face. "After being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I was prescribed three CPAP masks.These issues complicated my treatment:
- The hard plastic mask was uncomfortable to sleep in because of their size and those mornings were accompanied with a morning stiffness and ruts in my face.
- The products that form the Cpap masks all seem to break out my face severely. At this point, I am on a 10 week treatment plan for adult acne.
- Third, the nasal pillows, gave me such headaches, that without taking a headache pill to calm the pain down my morning was miserable.

"I can say the SleepWeaver Mask is a God send. I went through 20 different masks that just did not work for me, most of them gave me a rash almost immediately, some had exhalation holes that blew into my eyes which made them hurt all day, some were too big for my face, and just about all of them were uncomfortable and caused me pain or a headache either by the strap positions, straps that had to be so tight to fit the mask properly, or pressures on the bridge of my nose.
"I would literally spend an hour trying to get them to fit properly every night. Also since all of them were plastic, no matter how clean I got it, lint and cat hair were attracted to the soft plastic like a magnet, and I would spend a lot of time before going to bed trying to remove the lint and cat hair so at least I would not breath it in. So I was missing out on precious sleep time.
"I was very frustrated until Russ introduced the SleepWeaver cloth mask to me. I never have rashes, headaches, or pain from this mask. The straps do not have to be tight at all to get the correct fitting, and there are no hard clips.
"The fact that the pressure from the air is what makes a leak free fit is the reason for the straps not needing to be tight. I can sleep on my side or on my back . I sleep through the night, don't talk in my sleep, and most of all do not wake up with pain, strap marks, or a rash.
"It is easy to clean and dries fast. I usually clean in by hand with detergent and let it air dry. It takes less than an hour to dry. Reassembly is also easy.

"I love this mask. I now sleep , but will go to the plastic surgeon for laser treatments for repair for the deep wrinkles and bad skin marks from other masks on the market.
"I have had it for a week and my face is starting to clear up. I wake up rested from not fighting the mask all night, and my face is not distorted. Thank-you so much! "
